By accessing, registering on, or using the a222 platform ("Platform") in any way, you ("User", "Player") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"), together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to any part of these T&C, you must not use the Platform.

These T&C constitute the entire agreement between a222 and the User with respect to the use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between the parties relating to its subject matter. a222 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these T&C at any time. Amendments become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the T&C periodically.

To register and use the a222 Platform, you must meet ALL of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. a222 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 and will verify age through KYC documentation before granting full withdrawal access.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino gaming and sports betting are not expressly prohibited by local law. You bear full responsibility for verifying the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction.
• You are registering as an individual for personal recreational use only. Registration on behalf of a business entity or third party is strictly prohibited.
• You are not a self-excluded player and have not been excluded from a222 or similar platforms through any self-exclusion program currently in force.

a222 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any pending funds until the matter is resolved.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) registered account on a222. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is a serious breach of these T&C and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances. When registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your legal name, date of birth, and registered Bangladesh mobile number.
• Keep your login credentials (mobile number and password) confidential at all times. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify a222 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. a222 will not be liable for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Complete KYC (Know Your Customer) identity verification when requested. Full access to the cashier, including withdrawals, requires successful KYC completion.

a222 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its sole discretion if it determines, or has reasonable grounds to suspect, that a User has breached any provision of these T&C or has engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful activity on the Platform.

a222 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. There is no standard maximum limit on deposits; however, a222 reserves the right to apply transaction limits for fraud-prevention purposes.
• Withdrawals are only processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into the account. a222 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• KYC identity verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal request is approved. a222 may request additional documentation to comply with anti-money laundering obligations.
• All transactions are processed in BDT (Bangladeshi Taka). Exchange rate fluctuations or fees imposed by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

a222 reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending review if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these T&C. In such cases, the affected User will be notified and given a reasonable opportunity to provide clarifying information.

a222 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives at its discretion. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any bonus-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Each bonus offer is available once per User, per household, and per device. Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated in the specific bonus offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until wagering requirements are fully met.
• a222 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to an account will not be affected by retrospective changes, except where abuse is suspected.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to a maximum win cap unless otherwise stated in the offer details. Winnings from free spins exceeding any stated cap will be forfeited.

Any attempt to exploit bonus offers through coordinated betting patterns, arbitrage strategies, or manipulation of game outcomes is considered bonus abuse. a222 employs automated and manual monitoring to detect such activity and reserves the right to void all winnings and close accounts where abuse is identified.

a222 reserves the right to investigate all suspicious activity and to cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Any winnings generated through prohibited conduct are void and will be withheld pending investigation.

All content on the a222 Platform — including but not limited to the a222 brand name and logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and any other material — is the exclusive intellectual property of a222 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of a222. Unauthorised use of a222's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a222 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure, even if a222 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

a222 does not warrant that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, or events outside a222's reasonable control (including force majeure events such as natural disasters, governmental action, or network outages) may cause temporary unavailability of the Platform. a222 will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible in such circumstances.

a222 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these T&C at any time and for any reason, including changes to the Platform's services, applicable laws, or business requirements. When material changes are made, a222 will publish the updated T&C on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Where practicable, a222 will provide advance notice of significant changes via the Platform's notification system or by email to your registered address.

Your continued access to or use of the Platform after any amendments are published constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised T&C. If you do not agree with any amendment, your sole remedy is to cease using the Platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates. a222 will not be liable to you or any third party for any amendment to these T&C.
